We are committed to ensuring that every camper has a positive camp experience, and we go to great lengths to hire only the best people to reach this goal. Counselors must be of college age or older and go through a rigorous interview process prior to arriving at camp.  We scour the globe and draw talented staff from all over the world, including a delegation from Israel. They are hired based on their experience with children and many are former campers. In fact, over 65% of our staff returns to camp year after year ensuring continuity and a community of comfort. In addition to our dedicated counselors and specialists, we have a responsible set of office staff to help parents with their needs and a full medical staff with a doctor and nurses.

 
Our staff do their best to make campers feel comfortable by providing a home away from home environment. They are dedicated to making the summer fun for every child. With a staff to camper ratio of 1:3 at Poyntelle and 1:4 at Lewis Village, campers get a great deal of individualized attention.
